At the meeting on 6^th April Rochford District Council’s Executive agreed to extend the pilot scheme at Great Wakering Recreation Ground until March 2017.

These collections will continue to be on the 3^rd Saturday of the month from 9am to midday, until at least March 2017. There will only be one lorry, it will be collecting general waste only – no garden waste and no bulky items (fridges, 3 piece suites etc.).
