Re-consultation of Planning Application due to Revised/Additional Plans

Any comments to RDC by 24/9/2014

Inner London Group (Wakering) Ltd  (ILG) is in liquidation and Taylor Wimpey has purchased the site, they have submitted revised plans and they are available on the Rochford District Council web site by selecting “Planning“ on the home page. Then “Planning Applications” then “View Planning Applications” in the box “Enter planning application number or address” enter 12/00252/FUL press enter then select Star Lane Brickworks. On the last tab headed Plans and Comments , select View Associated Documents.

This takes you to various documents one from Taylor Wimpey entered on 5^th September 2014 details the changes they have made to the previous plans. There follows various drawings dated 1^st September 2014.

The drawings are also available from the home page “In focus – Star lane Brickworks Planning Application and then click on Further Amended Drawings. But this does not lead you to the letter from Taylor Wimpey.
